Food Studio is a demonstration restaurant. The menu, the kitchens, the prices and the orders are fictional and exist to show how an ordering service works.

Nothing you order here will be cooked or delivered, and any payment you make is a test.

An order is placed when you press the button on the checkout page and the payment step is complete. We show the price of every dish before you order, and the total in your order summary is the amount that applies.

If a price or the availability of a dish changes while you are ordering, we tell you and ask you to accept the change before the order goes through.

Delivery is offered to the postcodes each kitchen serves, and pickup from the kitchen you choose. Estimated times are estimates, not promises.

The route on the tracking page is an illustration. It does not show where a courier is.

You can ask to change an order until the kitchen starts preparing it. Contact the restaurant with your order number.

An order that has been cancelled before it was prepared is refunded to the method you paid with.

You earn 1 point for every $1 of dishes in an order once it has been delivered. 100 points can be spent on a $5.00 discount at checkout. Points cannot be combined with a promo code and have no cash value.

Keep your password to yourself. You can change your details or your password at any time from your account.

We may close an account that is used to abuse the service.
